Make sure you're ready for your class with the proper gear for a great workout experience!
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before class to get set up and settled in. No later than 5 minutes before the class starts, as we want to ensure everyone is ready to begin on time. This allows you to get the most out of your workout and ensures a smooth start for everyone!
