AMP'D is our high-energy, beat-driven ride that brings you together as a community. Whether you're recovering from a tough workout or just looking for a mindful ride, Spin POW'R provides a powerful, yet low-impact way to push your limits.

    Please reach us at info@pilatesfx.ca if you cannot find an answer to your question.

     Spin FX is located at 520 Lakeland Drive, facing north. 

     You’re welcome to wear indoor shoes if you have them! If you don’t, don’t worry—we offer clip shoes for rental at just $5. We’ve got you covered! 

     We suggest bringing your own water bottle to stay hydrated during the ride. Sweat towels are provided, so you don’t need to worry about bringing your own! 

     

    Absolutely not! Our classes are designed to be accessible for all fitness levels. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned cyclist, our instructors will guide you through the ride and challenge you to reach your potential.
